Intercontinental Capital Group, a national mortgage lender, is seeking an experienced Loan Processor for our Phoenix, AZ location. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 3 years processing experience with a strong working knowledge of FHA and Conventional loans. Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational, communication and PC skills.
Responsibilities
Reviews approved applications to ensure stipulations and conditions have been met and are in adherence to company policy.
Ensures appropriate signatures have been obtained and correct data input errors and omissions. Matches incoming documents to approved applications and enters data.
Obtains and reviews documentation for accuracy and authenticity. Carefully reviews all documents including applications and stipulations for potential fraud.
Obtains all verifications and payoffs.
Provides assistance to customers and loan officers regarding loan documentation and processing.
Generates customer correspondence relating to the initiation of the loan in accordance to company guidelines.
Preferred skills/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA experience
Ability to organize and prioritize details
Ability to work productively under minimal supervision
Requires strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Prefer minimum of 3 years of previous mortgage loan processing experience
