SUMMARY - We are currently looking for an experienced Certified Network Technician with an emphasis on exchange. You will be working directly with our clients to install new networks as well as support and troubleshoot existing networks. The type of company we service varies with the average being 5 - 35 employees. You will need to have the technical skill set to service this range of clients, and the customer service skills / flexibility to function in each of these unique environments. We are a non-commissioned environment so that what we sell is based on the needs of our clients not on our wants.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES - Supporting Microsoft based servers and desktop environments. Attention to detail, follow through, communication and the ability to manage expectations of our clients is expected and demanded of this position.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience
Microsoft certification preferred
A+ and NET+ certification preferred
Must be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft based networks
Must have experience installing and maintaining Windows Active Directory
Must have experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange
Must be able to adapt to a wide variety of computing environments
Must be able to work independently
Must be committed to excellence in customer service
