I am looking for a room to rent preferably in a house but an apartment would be okay too. I need a room mate looking for a lasting renter, I do not need a temporary room. I have a child that would stay in the room with me 3 weeks out of the month and ask that only responsible renters contact me. A quiet and party free atmosphere which also includes any indoor smoking or use of drugs are non- negotiable requests. I can only afford $400 a month including utilities, this will not change please dont contact me if the total rent would be over $400 unless cleaning/babysitting services can be exchanged. ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL FAVORS IN TRADE FOR RENT!!! (its disgusting how many creepy old guys have called me) I will buy and prepare all of our meals (my son and I), of course cleaning up after as well as sharing cleaning of common living spaces. I would prefer a pet free home but exceptions can be made. I work full time at the Chandler mall and attend classes at MCC, so I would prefer a place near Loop-101 and US60 however I can be flexible. East Mesa and Queen Creek please dont waste your time, your just so far out there. please call after 4pm as I am at work untill then. However I can text throughout the day. Thanks
