Room is available right now in 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath in Chandler. Your room would be upstairs and you would share the bathroom with a Single straight guy who is in his mid/late twenties. Ryan (works for Meat Delivery company) and Michael(work for Bank of America in Chandler Offices) are both in their mid/late twenties-we both work full time. We like to play hard and have fun but at same time also like to come home to a quiet home every so often during the week. House has Cox cable in all the rooms plus the living room & has Internet with Wireless router. Kitchen has the usual-microwave, oven/stove, Pantry, dishwasher, etc. House also has washer/dryer in the house. There is a nice big backyard with BBQ for you to enjoy as well. 2 Car Garage. HOA Pool and Tennis Courts. Smoking is allowed only outside of the house.
