I am a 22 year old female transfer student who will be attending ASU spring 2010. I am moving from Northern California in January and relocating to Tempe. The max I am willing to pay for rent is about $450. I would prefer to live in a place within walking distance to the Tempe campus and I would prefer to live with no more than 2 roommates. I'm pretty laid back and I like to go out occasionally. I always pay my rent and bills on time so you won't have to worry about late payments. Living with people in my age range and living with other ASU students would be ideal but I'm open to other situations. If you have an available room and think I might be a good fit then shoot me an email and we can go from there.
Okay I have to add this tid bit due to some of the responses that I have received: I AM SEEKING A PLACE TO MOVE IN JANUARY 1ST, NOT A DAY SOONER. So if you have a place that is available now then that's not going to work for me. I know I'm posting a bit early for January, but it wouldn't hurt to have something lined up in advance.
