30 year old professional looking for a room (Tempe / South Scottsdale)

I'm a 30 year old professional male currently going through a divorce and I'm looking to rent a spacious unfurnished room near Scottsdale Rd and McDowell

About me:
- I'm a European transplant, but I've been living in the Valley for the past 6 years
- I have a stable and very well paying job working as a software developer for a sizable multinational company
- I'm well educated (MSc.)
- very clean
- friendly and outgoing personality
- I don't do drugs; I'm a non-smoker and only a social drinker
- my hobbies include traveling, hiking, mountain biking, movies, concerts, computers, gaming


What I'm looking for:
- the house/apartment has to be located close to Scottsdale Rd and McDowell (my work), preferably within 5 miles
- the room has to be spacious, at least 130 square feet in area
- no smoking inside the house
- fairly quiet (not too much partying), clean, comfortable and drama-free home
- I prefer housemates close to my age, intellectually stimulating, with similar interests
- washer/dryer at home (or very, very close) is a necessity
- I absolutely need high-speed internet (job requirement)
- extra storage (besides my room) for some extra furniture and things I own would be a big plus
- pool and a hot tub would be a big plus
- covered parking would be a plus

I'd like to rent the room for at least 6 months, but 1 year is more likely. As for the rent amount; as I've mentioned above, I have a very comfortable income, and I don't want to limit my options by stating a desired monthly amount. However, I have a pretty good idea about the current prices, and I expect the rent to be around the $450-$500/month mark including all utilities, but I am able to pay a little bit more for a better quality home. Consequently, I'd expect to pay a little bit less for a home that wouldn't be a perfect match for me.

I need to move in by Nov. 30th as this is when my current apartment lease ends.
