hi, my name is Lee and I will be coming back out to Phoenix around the middle of December to attend SCC and thought I might as well get my house search going. First a little about me--I'm a 31 year old straight white male, never married, no kids and absolutely drama free. I will be going to SCC for business management starting 2nd semester. I came back to Wisconsin (where I'm from) in September to work construction and will be leaving here in about 4 weeks. I was raised by my mom and I have 3 sisters, and I prefer living in either co-ed or with a female(s). Hey, I'm used to curling irons sticking out of every drawer in the house and let's face it, guys are just usually loud and disgusting. I MUST have at least a 1 car garage for my 2 motorcycles. I'm not too picky on the bedroom, obviously the bigger the better, but I only have a queen size bed and computer desk. Besides being a full time student and messing with my harley, I love music and I do a lot of reading and writing, so I'm really not looking for a party house. I do like to 420 and occassionally drink. I don't smoke cigarettes or partake in anything else. I don't know many people out there, so needless to say I won't be having many get togethers, Lol. I would really like to rent directly from a home owner. Last year I became an AZ licensed security guard, so I may go back to that part time while in school, but regardless I have money saved, so no worries there. I have no pets--I love dogs, but can be a little allergic to cats. I probably won't stay out there next June or July, but would be back in August. So, if you're an honest person and want the same in a house mate drop me a line and we can talk more. scammers please go away. I've tried this before with kind of mixed results--like I move in and find out everyone basically hates each other/is a psycho/parties every night until the cops come, etc etc. So based on my previous experiences let's try this- - - seeking roommates between 25-35 years of age.
