Need a new room with good nice new roomates and i will pay 375 to 400 bucks for a good room with a backyard and or view or even a pool.. like cable and partying ok social good too. will be into activities and sports and good fun if necessary as well as studying keeping quiet and or working. contientious roomate for hire. also travel out of town maybe once or three times a month. like bbqs and swimming....
