I am looking to move into a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Tempe in January. I would like to find a roommate to split rent & utilities. I have a specific apartment complex that I am looking to move to located near Rural & Broadway. I have posted the link below. Rent & utilities would be approximately $450-$500 per month.
A little about me: I am a 28 year old female who is clean, responsible, & respectful. I work full-time at an elementary school. I will be starting my master's degree in Special Education soon so I will be needing a mostly quiet environment. I do not like parties where I live, however, small gatherings for dinners, movies, game nights, BBQs & such from time to time are great. :) My boyfriend may spend a couple nights with me during the week & I may spend a couple nights with him at his apartment as well. I'm not a TV watcher so I will not be needing cable service. If you need cable then you will be on your own with that. I do not have much that I'll be bringing with me to the apartment. I have some things for the kitchen and things for my room and that is all. If you have furniture for the living room or dining room that would be awesome! I do have a very sweet cat named Star that will be living with me. I occasionally smoke tobacco in a hookah, so you must be ok with that. I'm very easy going & easy to get along with.
What I'm looking for: A mature female who doesn't mind cats. Someone who is not a partier (not at home anyway) and who is considerate of the common areas (keeping clean). I would prefer you to be an ASU student or a working professional. Please be willing to commit for at least a year. No pets, no drugs, and no smoking cigarettes inside! I would love someone who is easy going like myself & easy to get along with.
