I have been relocated to Texas for my job immediately and need to find a sublet for my 1 bed, 1 bath apartment starting sometime between December 1 and January 1 ending in June 2010. My rent is $749/month but would be willing to pay the difference to make your rent just $599/month through the term of the lease. I would pay the apartment the difference ahead of time so you just need to pay $599+ taxes, utilities and water each month. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so no loud neighbors above you!

There are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, workout room, tanning bed, business center and common area at your disposal. This complex is great and has numerous events with food, games, prizes and more! A great place for both students and professionals!
If you are interested I would be willing to throw in my like-new microfiber sofa with ottoman which also converts into a KING size bed for guests - I just really need to find someone to rent my place!!!
