I live in a 4 bedroom two bath apartment with two other roommates and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting at the end of this semester until July when my actual lease is up. It is within walking distance of ASU, gated area, pool, tanning beds, tennis court,basketball court, volleyball court, and even a soccer field. Very safe environment and is mostly all college kids. Cable and water included, washer/dryer in apartment.
