I’m looking to move out December 1 , but I’m open and flexible with dates.

I need to sublet my apartment.

The lease is up 6/20/09, it’s would be a great place for a student or someone who is responsible. The apartment was recently remodeled, the complex has 3 pools, 24 hour fitness room, and laundry facility. The complex is a mile away from the ASU campus and a mile in a half away from old town Scottsdale. The apartment could come unfurnished or partly furnished.

The complex management requires that you pass the application process, cost $40.
