The apartment has a bedroom with a private bathroom and a closet; a single living room and dinning area; a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave; a washer and a dryer inside; a private closet access to a large pool provided by the condo Scene One. Cats and dogs are permitted. It comes unfurnished.
It is the perfect size for 1 person has a very comfortable space layout and nice lighting (door faces North). It is very private since it’s on the corner of a 2nd floor and I hear very little noise. The condo has a nice big pool and pets permitted. Within a 5 minute walk is Casey Moore’s Pub, Oreganos Pizzeria, Mucho Gusto Mexican Restaurant, Farmer’s Market, Boston’s. And within a 10-15minute walk are Restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs at Mill avenue; ASU Tempe.
