Room: Room is clean and has an enormous closet space, spanning the entire length of the wall- see pics. Carpet in excellent condition. Room is hooked to cable. You are welcome to install cable, internet and telephone line if you like.
House has a pool, washer, dryer and full kitchen. Driveway parking. Beautifully decorated home (I think so) in safe neighborhood near ASU. The Bathroom is shared, but very large.
The house is decorated with high end artwork (I am a professional artist) and wares from my travels around the world. I especially enjoy Asian decor. We have a beautiful pool and a charming back patio with lots of greenery.
location: close to 60/101/202. bike to ASU in 10 min, grocery stores in five. Whole foods is very close, as is yoga, the library, all kinds of shopping, banks, hardware stores....and the list goes on. Having a car makes life easier for you. If not, a bike is perfect for daily living. The bus stops are a 10 min walk but from there you can get to ASU in 5 min. Orbitz buses runs on my street.
me: I am a 36yr. old female. non-smoker, non-party person. I like to eat healthy (never mind my chocolate addiction) and surround myself with inspiring and intellectually stimulating people. I work from home as an artist. I also teach part time in the elementary schools. I am quiet and mellow.
The Bathroom has two sinks and is huge with a separate room for shower/tub/toilet.
You: preferably a mature, focused person. Responsible and clean. Intellectually stimulating and healthy lifestyle a plus. If you are ambitious, seeking a masters or Ph.D this is the perfect place.
