As a rapidly growing and upbeat Tempe business located right in the heart of Tempe, we are looking for an experienced part-time to full-time IT Administrator to manage our computers, software and network for about 25 computer work stations. This position will begin as part time with the option of full time or on call during regular business hours. The company provide competitive benefits for all employees

We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a self starter that can work in a fast paced environment. This person able to manage competing demands on his/her time, must think on his/her feet, and most of all a person that enjoys solving problems!

Duties include:
• Provide general phone system and IT support
• Resolve hardware and software problems with minimum disruption to computer system users.
• Installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure.
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Setup & management of email.
• Support all hardware elements (server, custom workstation, etc) and load and configure operating systems and application software.
• Install network infrastructure, including Internet access and prepare for installation of various software.
• Setup & management of anti-virus, spyware prevention and anti spam at the server and at the desktop.
• Full understanding & ability to manage Backup systems, verify data and modify settings.
• Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security.
• Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems.
• Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work.
• Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
• Maintain hardware and software documentation and inventories.
• Troubleshoot business applications.
• Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
• Working closely and collaborating with other staff members.


Knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook is a must.

Knowledge of SalesLogix or ACT a plus!.
