Apriva ISS is a leading wireless solutions provider in the Secure Mobile Messaging market. We are currently seeking a customer support technician for our 24/7 helpdesk. This candidate will provide support for proprietary software, products, and troubleshooting issues with secure device communications.
We are seeking someone with:
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), personal ownership, and a customer service commitment.
• Strong and effective interpersonal skills within a diverse group of clients and staff.
• Understanding of Microsoft Server and Mobile operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
• Experience with PKI and Certificates with basic knowledge of encryption and security
• Experience with Cellular Telephones/PDAs and basic understanding of GSM/CDMA networks
• Primarily available for 3rd shift with flexibility to meet business needs
Requirements:
• Networking knowledge
• Understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Personal ownership and customer service commitment
• US Citizenship and able to pass a background check
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
• Cellular Telephony and Networking
• Computing, data or network security
Preferences:
• Experience with Exchange and Active Directory is a plus.
• Experience with Cellular Telephony and Networking -Advanced networking techniques.
• US Department of Defense SECRET (or greater) security clearance desired; but not required.
