We are currently recruiting for Part Time Systems Engineering I. This position requirse a person that is willing to take on maintenance and developmental tasks and responsibilities with in an environment that is dynamic and fast-paced. We are looking for candidates with entry level systems engineering experience.
o 0-2 Years previous systems administration experience
o Certificate or degree in computer science or a related filed
o Programming background in any applicable language
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
o The ability to solve problems quickly and completely
o A solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, domains and directory services
o Understanding paging and swapping, inter-process communication, devices and what device drivers do, file system concepts, and can use performance analysis to tune systems
o A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; principles of routing, client server programming, the design of consistent network-wide file system layouts.
Responsibilities Include:
o Maintains complex local and wide-area networks of machines
o Manages a large site or network
o Works under direction of manager
o Establishes/recommends policies on system use and services
o Researches current applicable technologies

o The candidate must be able to provide documentation to support ability to work in the United States within the federal legal guidelines.
