SEASONAL RATES:
THERE IS A BOOKING AND SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1200 REQUIRED WHEN THE LEASE IS SIGNED. $700 OF THIS AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT WHEN THAT AMOUNT IS PAID NOT LESS THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE LEASE TERM. THE REMAINDER OF $500 IS KEPT AS A SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAYS IF THE UNIT IS LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THE LEASE TERM BEGAN. THE COST OF CLEANING AND REPAIR FOR DAMAGES INCURRED DURING THE RENTAL TERM WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.
