I'm a mother of a daughter that was taken advantage of we could not get conviction for enapproiate touching but we did get 3 counts of public sexual indecency to a minor which is 3 counts of felony 5 tempe is allowing him to live 1.7 miles from our home and refuse to place him on the sex offenders list I would like very much the publics opion and if any one has any advice that could help me protect her. my daughter just turned 14 at the time.
