PIUS Technologies LLC. is collecting used computers to refurbish and donate back to the community.

We will be collecting new or used computers that we can refurbish at our shop. We will accept any computers, working or not. If your computers are not working we will either repair them, or have them recycled.

We will travel to your house and pickup your computer for you, or you can drop it off at one of our UPS Store drop-off locations.

All donated computers will have a Department of Defense standard wipe of their hard drives, and will be reformatted.

Once the computers are cleaned up, we will install a free copy of Ubuntu Linux, and find your computer a new home.

We will also be looking for eligible schools and residences to receive these computers. All eligible parties will be entered into our database and put on a list to receive a computer.

Teen Girl Actors for Self Esteem Workshops

I am looking for teen girls ages 13-19 who like acting or are involved in drama productions/clubs who would be interested in writing and performing short skits for other teen girls pertaining to teen issues of today - peer pressure, sexual pressures, mean girl syndrome, sexting, single parent homes, absentee parent issues, drug/alcohol problems, etc.

I will be contacting schools to see about doing overnight lock-ins with just the interested girls and performing the skits for the girls to discuss afterward. It will be a giant slumber party atmosphere that I hope will help raise the self esteem levels of today's future young ladies.

All other ideas to do at these "slumber parties" are welcome too - such as games, adult female speakers, karaoke, Rock Band contest, dance or cheer competition, etc.

We are currently looking for participants to join our research study immediately, or to be added to a call list for future studies � most likely starting in a couple of weeks. We are located on the ASU East Polytechnic campus in East Mesa.

In this study you will sit in front of a computer doing a spatial visualization task. It is challenging, yet many people find it fun and interesting.

We will meet for 12 days, at least 2-3 times per week. Each session will last approximately 30 minutes or less and you will complete 2 sessions each day. Testing hours vary and we will work with you and your schedule. You will be compensated in cash each week for your participation.

Requirements include:

If yes, join us in research of an investigational vaccine that may prevent multiple types of infection caused by the HPV virus.

If you are a parent, you may be interested in a clinical research study underway in this area. We are currently looking for boys and girls aged 11 to 15 years to
participate in research for an investigational vaccine against human papillomavirus (HPV).

You may not know much about HPV, even though it is a very common virus with approximately 100 types, infecting at least 50% of the population at some point
in their lives. Most HPV infections are not harmful, but some can lead to cervical cancer in women, and other cancers in both men and women.

The HPV vaccine study will test a vaccine designed to protect against 9 disease-causing HPV types. Your child may qualify for the HPV Vaccine Study if they
are 11-15 years old and have not previously received HPV vaccination. There are also other additional study requirements, which will be assessed in all study
volunteers. There are also certain risks with this study that the study doctor will explain to you should you choose to participate.

Shingles is a disease that is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. The risk for shingles increases as you get older and can be painful and cause serious problems.
People on chronic doses of corticosteroid therapy may be at greater risk of developing shingles.

Clinical Research Advantage is currently looking for people at least 60 years of age who have been on a stable dose of corticosteroid therapy for at least 8 weeks to participate

Hello!

Wildhorse Ranch Rescue is a 501c(3) non-profit charitable horse and cat rescue organization operating out of a small property in Gilbert.

We're only on a little over an acre and we've saved over 130 horses since 2001! We have 13 "permanent resident" horses and mules at the ranch right now and over 30 rescued kitties!

We're holding a car wash fund raiser Nov. 21st and really want you to join us! We need your help!

It costs us about $2500 a year just to feed each horse. That's over $30,000 a year. Not to mention vaccines, medicines and treatments!

I am a graduate student in the College of Design at ASU.
I am currently conducting a research for my Master's Thesis about the design preferences of older population on mobile phones.
Participation will involve questionnaire and focus group(of 3 people) discussion.

When: Not yet determined, but will be during June 16 - June 23
Where: College of Design, ASU
Duration: Aprox. 1 hour 15min

Participants requirements:
- 60 years old or older
- using and owning any kinds of mobile phone for more than 2 years.

I am recruiting 2 groups for the discussion, so there are 6 sits available.
The discussion will be hold in a natural, friendly and interactive setting where participants are free to talk with each other.
The whole session will be audio taped or video taped in full view for analysis.
The results of this study may be used in reports, presentations, or publications but your name will not be known.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. You can skip questions if you wish.
If you choose not to participate or to withdraw from the study at any time, there will be no penalty.
