A North Scottsdale based strategic marketing firm seeks a senior front end web developer with impressive XHTML/HTML/CSS skills and team/project management experience. We are currently searching for a passionate, dedicated individual to lead our current development staff with the growing list of web projects including e-mail campaigns, full-scale websites and updates to our existing client sites. Applicants must have the ability to work directly with clients, manage projects & resources and work in a fast-paced environment. An equal appreciation for impeccable design and flawless code is required. Primary job responsibilities include hand-coding HTML/CSS pages from Photoshop mockups produced by our talented Graphic Designers and building effective web application solutions in response to complex business problems.
This candidate must be able to write standard-compliant XHTML/CSS and JavaScript using JQuery. Visual Studio 2008, ASP.Net MVC, JSON, AJAX, and GoogleMaps API are a plus
Basic Requirements:
• 5+ years experience with HTML/CSS
• 3+ years experience with JavaScript (jQuery Preferred) or ActionScript
• 3+ years experience with Photoshop or Fireworks
• Ability to develop cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in both Mac and Windows environments
• Desire to grow in a fun, energetic company
Ideal candidate will have (not required):
• College Degree
• Experience with Flash/Flex with ActionScript 3.0
• Content Management experience
• Knowledge of Web Analytics
(Webtrends, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Web hosting experience
Shared/Dedicated Windows and Linux environments.
• Domain name management experience
• Exposure to Usability/Accessibility
