This is the Military version of the Wisconsin VF4D. I believe the only differences are the intake and exhaust manifold.
I bought this engine a few years ago, it was wrapped in plastic and palletized from a company out of Florida who rebuilt them for the military.
It will fire up but needs to be fine tuned since it has not run from probably the 80’s.
