acrylic 4 person spa (east valley) $450

i have a real nice acrylic spa that came from acrylic spas of az. it is a 220 wiring. is is a 4 person spa with the chase lounge. it has decent siding around it but could use nice sanding down and redone. it has a ultra 2.0hp jet pump. the inside of the tub is blue with a white back splash. it is all unhooked and ready to go. the only thing it will need is a new 220 cord as the end was cut. it also has a cover for it that has taken a little of a beatin from the weather. it will also need to be cleaned from sitting with the cover half off. other then that all the piping is in pretty good shape and has no known leaks or cracks. i am askin $800 or reasonable offer. right now the spa is located in queencreek off gary rd just north of hunt highway. i will be down at the house tomorrow afternoon picking it up and brings it to aj so if instered in it feel free to call/text and arange a time to come look at it.also not sure on the age of the spa but it cant be no more then 2yrs old. if sold today i will take $450 cash for it. i would like to sell it asap as i dont have a use for it and really dont need or want it just sittin around.you can reach me at 480-246-5797. the hot tub has been completely discounted. you can see there are no crakes or anything like that to cause it to leak.

Ive got a 1/10 nitro buggy made by Redcat Racing. Awesome buggy, only thing wrong with it is that the on off switch for the reciever is broken, so you have to open the reciever box to plug it in, but its easy. Other than that its perfect, nothing wrong with it at all. Thinnin down rc's. RTR, ill throw in a starter kit that comes with everything you need to run except fuel, and you will need batteries for the radio, and possibly the car. 12 AA's total. 10 year old Cockatiel needs a new home. I am moving and am very sad that I can't take her with me. I hand raised her from a chick so she is very hand tame. However she does nip just enough to scare little ones but doesn't cause any harm. Because of this she needs to go to a home with older kids. I would very much prefer to see her go to a cat-free home as she has had some close calls with my parent's cats. Nicole is fairly quiet for a cockatiel and never picked up on talking. However she will whistle 'hello' when you come home and when she is excited. She is really a sweet bird and loves to cuddle and 'preen' long hair.

I am asking $40 which includes her cage, toys, food, litter, etc. To good home only.

I have several yard tools for sale. They are a Craftsman gas-powered leaf blower/vacuum, a Black & Decker 20" Hedge Hog, and a combination Fire Storm cordless tool set.

The Craftsman leaf blower/vac was used five or six times. It's 25cc, 2 stroke engine. It comes with the vac attachment and debris bag with shoulder strap. It also includes the blower nozzle. I'm including the remaining 2 cycle oil and gas can with about 1 gallon of fuel pre-mixed. Asking $80 OBO

The Black and Decker 20" Hedge Hog (trimmer) uses the 14.4V FireStorm rechargable battery. The battery is still good, just no charger. I'm asking $20 OBO
