Depression, anxiety, Support and discussion group (Awhatukee)

Looking to meet some people who are going through any form of depression or anxiety. I have panic attacks and depression and have had a hard time dealing with it. The people around me family and friends don't help much because they don't experince what i'm going through, was woundering if anyone else felt the same way? Thought it would be helpful to speak with people and share stories. Sick of just getting by on meds!
