The area is quiet (although we aren't all the time) and laid back.  The house is placed in a cul-de-sac and parking is generous.<br>
<br>
The house includes big screen TV, foosball table, poker table, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, large kitchen, large patio, gigantic diving pool (see pictures), and a bar.  There is also a full size bed in the room if you need one.  Shelving is built-in in the closet.<br>
<br>
You would be living with three mid 20's professional males who like to kick back and relax at the end of the day.  During the summer, there is not a day that goes by we will not be in the pool.  BBQ's are common and so is whiffle ball.  That's right, whiffle ball.  Get in now to learn a thing or two before the next tournament in the fall.<br>
<br>
Male or female roommate wanted.  Must be able to pay first and last months rent up front and have stable income.  Prefer six month to a year lease but that is negotiable.  All utilities, except for cable, included.  Must be an animal lover as there are two dogs at the house.  Outside smokers ok.<br>

Can pay a fair rate, but $ 4k per week for a 55 footer doesnt interest me in the least. I mean aside for fuel, there is almost no overhead at all..  i dont get these rates, & the demand here is a bit overexaggerated in my opinion.<br>
