I am 21 years old, soon to be 22. I am currently stuck in a relationship I am trying to get out of and better myself, so this is a new begining for me (and my pup)... So I want to make the best of it! Being 21, I drink on occasion, but don't go out and get wasted. I just quit smoking cigaretts, but I can be around it without a problem. I like to work on cars, and race them when I get the time. I have tattoos, but I'm not a freak or anything. I have a 1yr old Pitbull, so if you have a problem with the breed, I'm sorry, she's not going anywhere. She is house broken and sleeps in a crate. I take her to the dog park as much as possible, she gets along great with other dogs and loves people. I have a steady 40-hour a week job, so I have an income you can count on.

Hi there, my name is Brittney and I am a leasing agent and have done property management for over three years.
I lease apartments and so I know the whole process of getting a rental. I am looking for a place for myself with a washer and dryer in home, move-in specials, and in a safe area.
I know that It's a lot to ask for a cheap rate, but times in the economy are difficult, and I need a place of my own that I can still be able to not be in over my head with.
I would live at my current property I work at now, but since the management company only offers a 20% discount off market rent and I work in North Scottsdale, that would be too much for me to afford.
I understand all about rentals and all the fine print, but am just seeing if there is anyone out there who knows of something available. I have spent hours upon hours searching craigslist and making phone calls, and have found some good deals, but I need to stay in a lower budget as I know all about evictions and would not ever want to be in that situation.
If there is anyone out there willing to give a great deal on a nice apartment or condo with a washer dryer in home in a safe area, or at least part of a crime free program, that isn't too small as in 395 square feet. I'd really like to get into a one bedroom as I have all my furniture and it's all been in storage while I've been staying with friends.
I need to move as soon as possible.
Please if you would offer a courtesy to someone in the leasing industry it would mean I could have my own roof over my head which would be amazing!!
I lease apartments for a living and you wouldn't have to worry about any of the nervousness of whether I'd be a good leasing agent or not.

We need a 1, or 2, bedroom, preferably a house but they seem to be a bit pricey, in a safe and clean neighborhood where our baby can spend its first 2 years. Closeness to public transportation (Orbit bus or Light-rail) would be very nice or proximity to ASU could substitute. Cat friendly replies only please. Would like a dishwasher and washer/ dryer in unit. One bedroom can be considerably smaller than the other (i.e. office sized) because that would be for the baby. Mom isn't working January-April at the very least so little to no deposit, or the ability to prorate over several months, and no sign-on/ application fee would be very welcomed. I'm a PhD Mathematics student and mom will have her undergraduate degree.

We really prefer a house but the right apartment complex/ condos will work but we will have a newborn and I understand how that can be an issue. The $700 maximum is assuming we do not pay utilities, or maybe just a few. My ideal price is more in the $550 range and utilities need not be included. The move in date is flexible but is January 1 at the latest if I cannot get anyone to take over my current lease. I signed before I knew we were going to have a baby! I have taught kids classes in Sunday school settings at church, recreational settings such as the camp, and in behavioral health working along side family's and providing support to them and their kids always in an open non-judgmental way and kept clinical documentation on a daily basis as well as attended workshops on how to offer positive support from licensed providers.
I have references from both past co-workers as well as others whom I have provided child care for.
I am first aid and cpr certified, have taken a babysitters safety course provided by the fire department (when I was younger), and have my fingerprint clearance card as well.
I am trustworthy and respectful of other's homes as I have been in property management for several years and have a heart to help others and love working with all ages.
I am currently not as rich as I used to be with the economy and am looking for anyone needing in-home childcare such as a nanny in exchange for a place to live.

I would really like to try to stay in the tempe area and would be willing to live in Mesa if it�s safe, also I work in Scottsdale, so I have a big range of where I could live.
I know that It's a lot to ask for a cheap rate, but times in the economy are difficult, and I need a place of my own that I can still be able to not be in over my head with.
I would live at my current property I work at now, but since the management company only offers a 20% discount off market rent and I work in North Scottsdale, that would be too much for me to afford.
I understand all about rentals and all the fine print, but am just seeing if there is anyone out there who knows of something available. I have spent hours upon hours searching craigslist and making phone calls, and have found some good deals, but I need to stay in a lower budget as I know all about evictions and would not ever want to be in that situation.
If there is anyone out there willing to give a great deal on a nice apartment or condo with a washer dryer in home in a safe area, or at least part of a crime free program, that isn't too small as in 395 square feet. I'd really like to get into a one bedroom as I have all my furniture and it's all been in storage while I've been staying with friends.
I need to move as soon as possible.

Hi, I am an 18 year old female looking for a place to stay. Please don't let my age fool you, I am very responsible for my age. I just moved back in with my parents. I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time, even early on occassions when asked although I do not prefer to do this.

I had to move back in with my parents because of issues that occured with other roommates. To make the story short, I am a very clean person and the entire house (Aside from my room and bathroom) smelled like cat piss and BO, and was always trashed. In addition to that, one of my roommates was unemployed and let our water get shut off for 3 days, and even though she was always home she couldn't pick up after them (I was renting from a couple)

I am hoping to find a place for $250-$300/month with utilities included, this is all that I can afford, but please keep reading and don't let that discourage you!

I work 2 jobs right now to save up for my college classes which start in January 2010. I am going to be picking up a third job for the holiday seaso to get some more cash in the bank before school starts. I am rarely home, and when I am I don't have the lights on unless necessary, so you won't need to worry about the electricity bill shooting through the roof, in fact it hardly went up at my last place.

I do have a small 13lb dog, it isn't necessary that I can bring her but it would be awesome if I could. I've had her since the day she was born when I was 12 years old and she's completely spoiled, she usually sticks near me and doesn't wander off. She's completely house trained, spayed, and is up to date on all of her shots, she just had a heart worm check (all clear!) and is on preventatives for the next year so no worry there either. She is usually scared of other animals and won't go near them if she isn't comfortable, she does not start fights and will be ok around any animal that doesn't start fights. If I'm not able to keep her there permanently it would be nice if I could bring her to stay the night a couple days a week, but again not a necessity.

About me: I'm a straight Baptist Christian. I am ok with living with any race/color/religion/sexual orientation, it really doesn't bother me. I'm very accepting of other peoples lifestyles and religious views, I will not start a debate or try to convert you, but I am open to religous discussions if they're brought up by you (so you don't need to worry about me preaching to you all day). I don't care about race/color/religion/sexual orientation or anything like that. I am NOT ok with drugs of any kind, this INCLUDES 420. I am ok with smokers/drinkers as long as there isn't smoking inside the house and drinking isn't excessive. I do not smoke or drink.

I am not home very often, I keep myself busy with work, friends, and soon to be school so you'll see even less of me come 2010. When I am home though I want a place where I can feel comfortable around the house, I want it to feel like somewhere that I live not like I'm a guest. I am very easy to get along with, and we can always e-mail first to see how our personalities work together. I want to live somewhere CLEAN, it doesn't need to be crazy, I'm fine with a little clutter but after my last experience I need to be clear that the house cannot stink. I do understand that things happen, like accidentally leaving food out or cooking something that smells funky, that doesn't bother me I just can't live somewhere that smells bad every day.

I prefer a place with no cats, unless you can promise that the cat box gets cleaned daily. I work as a nanny and they have 2 cats with a covered cat box that gets cleaned daily and the house always smells fresh and clean. The last place I lived in had 2 cats, and an uncovered cat box that rarely got cleaned, and everything but my room+bathroom smelled like cat pee. I refuse to live like that again.

I do want a place that allows me to have guests, I didn't realize how many people were against social lives on here ;] lol. It will not be excessive, usually only one person over at a time, MAYBE 2 but not very often. I don't want a time limit on how long or when they can be over either, my friends and boyfriend are always respectful of the people I live with so you won't notice they are ever there. They only eat my food and use my stuff, and are quiet in case you're sleeping, studying, or just don't like loud noise. I can understand if you don't want them at the house when I'm not home, but other than that I prefer little to no restrictions since I will be paying rent.

I don't care if I have a private or shared bath, as long as we're both respectful of each others belongings :]

I am hoping to find a place in Gilbert, Mesa, or Chandler. I will consider some parts of tempe, as long as it's far east Tempe.

LANDSCAPE WORK: Trim trees, plant and maintain yard plantings, spread landscape gravel, remove weeds, remove rubbish, install/repair fence. We could put up fencing for horses and leave it when we move if you supply materials.

HOME MAINTENANCE: Paint exterior and interior neatly using masking and drop cloths; done correctly so no lines or paint runs/drips, replace screens, put up sunscreens, replace sinks and faucets, install blinds, install ceiling fans, install new light fixtures, minor repairs to drywall (spackling and small hole repair such as from doorknobs), repair tile grout. If you wanted to replace carpets we could remove old carpeting/padding and take to landfill.

CLEANING: I was a housekeeper for 8 years, so know what clean truly is. Inside of house would be kept clean (and petless since we both have allergies) for duration of lease. Appliances would be cleaned and kept clean. Would pay for professional cleaning of carpets. We also keep our outdoor areas clean and horse area clean of manure with fly and odor control.

ABOUT US: We are both mature adults, clean, quiet and keep to ourselves. We are friendly but do not care for drama. We do not smoke, do drugs or drink excessively. We have a steady income with proof of such. We both have clean criminal histories.

We are willing to do these things if YOU SUPPLY MATERIALS then WE SUPPLY LABOR. Timeframe for completion of individual jobs to be set. House must be livable and work would start after we move in!
