This position will partner with the Real Estate and Relocation Services management team to assess, identify and manage initiatives in the areas of employee relations, performance management, leadership development, policy interpretation, compensation and organizational development. The incumbent will also partner with Corporate HR as well as internal business areas to provide client support. Working in partnership with other members of the PRERS HR team, the incumbent will also deliver/facilitate training and development sessions and support cross-client projects. No relocation is available. <br>

JOB REQUIREMENTS: <br>- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manager-level HR roles <br>
- SPHR/PHR preferred <br>
- Proven Experience in delivering and facilitating training and development sessions. <br>
- Solid competence in/understanding of major HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management, organizational development and recruiting. <br>
- Excellent organization/project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through. <br>
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment. <br>
- High level of flexibility, innovation, and adaptability to a changing environment. <br>
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. <br>
- Keen customer focus and ability to deliver commitments on a timely basis. <br>
- Solid relationship-building and partnering skills. <br>
- Ability to resolve problems and make decisions independently. <br>
- Strong conceptual thinking skills - the ability to clarify key issues in complex situations. <br>
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. <br>
- Familiarity with HR Systems such as Peoplesoft / Comp Track, as well as MS Office tools (Word/Excel) a plus.

This is a home based/virtual position while not in the field or on client site. The compensation is commission based and is on a 1099 independent contractor status. <br>

You will receive 50% of the commission of each placement after expenses are paid (expenses = no more than 20% of placement fee), this means you will get no less than 40% of the placement fee which is usually 20-25%. <br>

• Salary 80k x .25% = $20,000 placement fee, $20,000 x .40% = $8000 <br>
• $8000 x 2 placements a month = 192k per year <br>

You will not be responsible for filling the position or recruiting activity of any kind. <br>

You are responsible for your own activity and your own working hours. This position is best suited for someone with industry experience and prior training in this field. It is very realistic to make 50k-150k once you have a few key clients (remember you are not held responsible for recruiting; only getting new job orders/requisitions). <br>

Ensures investigative processes and procedures are followed; creates articulate and defensible investigative files. Participates in depositions, as needed. Collaborates with Security and business management in Workplace Violence investigations and issue resolution. <br>

COMPLIANCE: Ensures the company is in compliance with local, state and federal employment laws by partnering with legal counsel on policy development. Job Description

This position is responsible for building and managing permanent placements through effective client, candidate and new prospect management. This position will be responsible for sourcing new clients, recruiting candidates, submitting and closing candidates for direct placements with Manpower clients. In addition, this position also develops new business opportunities for direct hire placements. This position will implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates and maintain a high fill ratio and retention .

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience with a demonstrated Bachelor’s degree or equivalency of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in this position with the knowledge, drive and determination to overcome obstacles and make the placement.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and fluent manner both verbally and in writing.
• Must work independently, have high energy, manage time effectively, be organized, creative and work in cooperation with other team members to achieve objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Candidates with business to business sales experience who are comfortable transitioning into a corporate work environment and candidates with strong industry knowledge (hospitality, legal, construction, retail, entertainment/creative, administrative/customer service etc) with a desire to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
