Lost Dog Spotted (Downtown Grand)

I saw this dog last week and then saw him/her today so it is still on the loose. Small breed but can't tell what. Can tell male/female because it is a long haired dog. Reddish brown coat and maybe 20 pounds. Looks a bit like a fox. It was trotting up Grand along the train tracks near McDowell.
