Chocolate Brown & Black Shih tzu Missing!!! please, help us! (Phoenix)

Hi There,
My parents dog has been missing since April 24th. They are concerned as to why he disappeared out of their backyard, but will ask NO questions - they only ask that someone call if they see him or know of his whereabouts!
Please help us find our doggie. He is a Shih tzu mix. Chocolate Brown and Black with a bit of white and gray hair. He even should have a bump on the top of his head.
If you think even a bit that you have seen him, PLEASE CALL ANYTIME and I do mean ANYTIME. We love him and so badly want him home safe and sound.
Our family dog disappeared around 51st Lane & Virginia which is near 51st Avenue and Thomas.
Please help us, our son is very heartbroken over losing his little buddie at Pop Pops house and he will not let us give up looking!
