We are a small real estate brokerage seeking a fun & self-motivated Controller/Bookkeeper.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the 3 partners of the company with financial information and help with budgeting.
- Work closely with the Broker to achieve maximum expense control and productivity.
- Process bills and reimbursements for our REO management team.
- Manage accounts and process monthly payments for our Property Management department.
- Process weekly payroll.
Qualifications Needed:
- Knowledge and practice of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Quickbooks (must be a pro!)
- Exceptional organizational and efficiency skills.
- Must be able to use email, scan/upload documents, and use word/excel.
- Must have a positive attitude!

The ideal candidate would also be a licensed Real Estate Agent and have experience with Property Management.
