This position requires a designer who has prior experience in filling wire service orders, taking orders over the phone, servicing walk in customers (Bridal Consultation experience a PLUS). Flexibility if needed to work additional hours and possibly a take a few deliveries either during your work time or on the way home. MUST be a team player and have the ability to work well with other.
If your only experience is a love of flowers or drama seems to follow you from job to job this is not the position for you.

We are located by the Scottsdale Air Park / by Kirlland Commons Area
This exercise requires that you upload a 720x486.mov file to http://drop.io/pronounce. The file MUST be smaller than 10MB.
Some rules:
1. Do NOT look at the list of words before the exercise (and don’t look up the ‘correct’ pronunciation of these words. Otherwise there isn’t really any point to look for pronunciation differences, is there? It’s ok if you’re wrong – that’s really what we want!)
2. You need to have access to a web cam or camera that can record video. The file size must be less than 10MB, and must be a 720x486 .mov file. Once finished, please upload video to http://drop.io/pronounce.
3. Please sit close enough to the camera that your face and shoulders are on screen, but not so far away that your entire body is on screen.
4. Turn on your camera – this is important.
5. Wear clothes. This is NOT some weird dating experiment and we don’t want to see you in all your glory, sorry.
6. Start by saying/spelling your name and saying what city and state you are from.
7. Then read the list of words below aloud to the camera. Take your time reading each word. Maybe take a breath and a few seconds of down time between saying each word. There are 14 words that we would like you to say. Give about 3 seconds between words. Please DO NOT use this time to sneak a peak at the up coming words. Your video should run between 60 & 90 seconds.
8. PLEASE DO NOT EDIT your video. If you struggle with saying the words – that is something we need reflected in your video. If you edit your video or break recordingin the middle , you will be disqualified. And that is sad.
10. By submitting your video to the drop box above, you are giving us permission to use the footage you submit. It may appear virally. If you want a copy of the final video, write your email address on a sheet of paper & hold it up to the camera at the beginning of your video.
