Looking for a fantastic phone voice with an equally fantastic passion for customer service. You must know the Metro Phoenix area in order to make efficient scheduling decisions. You must be highly organized and skilled at the keyboard with the ability to learn our industry specific software. You must demonstrate common sense and multi tasking capabilities. Your day will be filled with constant communication between customers and technicians. After a 90 day probation period you are eligible for our benefits which include six paid holidays, 1/2 your personal medical premium expense, Simple IRA with company matching funds and vacation.
Negotiable salary plus small bonuses paid upon exceeding performance goals.
