SUMMARY
Place outbound calls from generated lead list in attempt to sell company products. Up sell products, place orders and handle general customer inquires.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls from generated leads
Up sell and offer related company products
Place orders for diabetic supplies and related products
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the internal computer system
Verify patient’s Medicare eligibility
Effectively document patient notes in the system
Other duties as assigned
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Fax and mail appropriate paperwork
Generate customer letters
Place outbound calls to retrieve missing information
Occasional handle inbound calls
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 1-3 year of customer service experience
- Experience using a dialer is preferred.
- Sales experience is preferred
- Location: Phoenix (51 and 101)
