The gig is Nov. 6, this friday, in Sedona. We will be filming all day Friday and have Saturday and Sunday to do whatever you want. We will have to leave early Friday morning.
My other cameraman is not able to shoot the wedding I have this Friday in Sedona. I need a camera man who is experienced in shooting live events, preferrably weddings, that is well mannered and steady with a camera. You must have your own HD camera and sample work that I can look at. I do have another tripod, but if you have a fluid head tripod that would be great and any other gear such as on camera light for reception is good. I will be shooting with a Sony FX1000, 1080p
This is a favor for a friend, otherwise I would be offering pay as well as the hotel and gas. I do run a wedding production company and I will be looking for another cameraman to fill in on weddings and possibly live concerts. I usually pay $75-$100 to shoot a wedding, hopefully this weekend will work out and I can hire you for more work.
The pay is your expenses for the weekend. You will have money for the gas there and back and a hotel room for Friday and Saturday night in Flagstaff and you will be fed at the wedding. If you have a significant other you would like to have a weekend getaway, this is the perfect opportunity, Sedona and Flagstaff are gorgeous.
