I can pay around 1000 monthly for rent but need to move asap and do not have the funds for first month and a deposit
saved up. my landlord apparently no longer owns my current home and I am looking to move asap
I own my own business and have a steady income as well as a great rental history
I am looking for 2-3 bedrooms with a fenced or walled back yard as I do have dogs
I can fix up or clean up about anything and I worked as a union carpenter for several years
so if you have a property that needs fixed up cleaned up or anything like that I would love to exchange my labor for a quick move in
