A self-starter with a positive attitude to work with Director of Sales and Marketing for an upscale rental retirement community in Scottsdale. Enjoys working with seniors. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with potential customers. Attention to detail. Goal oriented. Ability to manage and organize. Demonstrated competence with PC-based software applications for capturing sales data. Additional experience with any or all is a plus: Excel, Internet functions, e-mail. 3 days/week.
