This is a full time position with benefits in company working with Christian organizations, one of which is a prayer ministry. This person will have interaction with clients, customers, and will need to be personable and have excellent phone skills. Qualified applicants should also be dependable and be computer literate. Must have an ability to work in a fast pace environment and should have familiarity with working with Christian clientele.
Office hours are 8am – 5pm M-F.
Requirements:
§ Stable employment history
§ Punctual and dependable
§ Phone call experience and proven ability it handle customer service issues
§ Detail oriented and accurate
§ Strong oral and written communication skills
§ Competent in a variety of software applications
§ Strong organizational skills
§ Must be a self-starter with initiative and the ability to work with limited supervision
§ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
§ High school diploma or equivalent
Preferences:
§ Previous experience working with Christian organizations is strongly preferred
§ Prior front desk experience
