Our asset managers will be listing hundreds (or possibly thousands seeing as we are the ONLY Wilshire DIRECT brokerage in the State of Arizona) of distressed properties with us and we are in need of competent, hard working, licensed REALTORS to facilitate the sales. Our agents need complete knowledge of Arizona contracts, great communication skills, willingness to work when needed and professional attitude. Our corporate office has been open in North Scottsdale since early 2009. Our Surprise location since Sept 1st and now Tempe is open for business as well. We are planning on opening another 30 offices Valleywide over the next 18 months. We have opened approximately 65 different locations across the country since 1/1/2009 making us the fastest growing brokerage in the country. The president and founder of the NRBA, Michael Krein, partnered with Nicholas Andrews, are here in the Valley and ready to create a destination brokerage.

Timing is everything as we need agents to transition over to our brokerage within the next 30 – 45 days. You may work from home or utilize one of our luxury offices and benefit from our asset manager relationships. Build off of your own book of business or let us help you with our referrals. Our splits are very aggressive (95/5 and we also provide pre-scrubbed quality leads) with a full retirement program available for the full time professionals. Our family friendly spirit will make us a destination real estate firm for your last stop. Our national presence is growing very rapidly as we focus on bank owned real estate, both residential and commercial. Our management team will handle all of the costs associated with maintaining the properties, so no need to float your credit. REO listings will be listed by the broker and not handed out to our agents because of this. If you’ve already established your own REO relationships and currently have listings, that’s great and you may continue to do so.
