Commercial investment and property management company seeks a motivated and dynamic, commercial property manager to direct its Phoenix-based office.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5 years commercial property management experience. Knowledge and confidence in all aspects of marketing, lease negotiation, real estate finance and budgeting are MUSTS. All applicants should possess excellent leadership, organizational, supervisory and communication skills with an ability to develop and implement division goals, objectives and policies and procedures. A current Arizona Real Estate license and an understanding of Intuit-MRI software are essential. Position reports directly to president and property ownership.
