Hello ! ... I have a room and private bathroom available in my N Scottsdale condo Located just off Shea and 92nd street (blocks from the loop 101) The condo is a lower level 2 bed 2 bath with 1 car attached garage with lots of storage. you will have your own private room with connected bathroom (its a jack and jill bathroom to the main living area) split floor plan so its private, nice size living room with big screen TV that I'm never in (its all yours!) and a nicely furnished patio. Two years ago I fully gutted and remodeled the whole condo, Everything is new and beautiful! The Location is awesome, close to lots of food and shopping. The complex has two pools both with hot tubs, a little work out center, and is located on a bike path that will take you all the way down to Tempe town lake if your crazy enough! (32 miles round trip)

Me, I'm 24 male, I work full time and keep busy when i'm not working. I love just about any kind of music, Love to drive, love cars, Love to cook (hopefully you like to eat), I do handyman work on the side of my normal job, and I love doing handyman stuff. weekends I just hang out, i'll hit up the bike bath for a few hours sometimes, and occasionally go to old down to party it up bars/clubs ... but never bring parties home. I just got singed up for flyer benefits with my buddy that works at Mesa Air so hopefully I'll be able to travel a lot sometime soon here. other than that i'm really easy going, Fully respect everyones stuff, I get along with everyone and will be your best friend.

I prefer someone around my age, that is professional (and by this I mean has a full time job, can pay on time, and doesn't want to just party) someone that will respect my personal stuff as well as my condo. outside clean smokers are fine. Please no pets. No drugs -please no crackheads.

Rent is $500 + 1/2 of electrical bill and internet.($80 +/-)
