In the nw phx area, prefer a house type where I can make use of the living room. I am 29, single guy, clean, quite, friendly and professional. I work weekdays daytime 8-5.
If things work out I would be looking to stay 1yr+ so plz don't contact if you are not in stable situation. I want cable, internet and basic utilities included. Garage or parking on the drive way is preferred. Pets are ok if no more than one dog and two cats :)
