We are a platonic couple looking to rent a room in N Phoenix. He is 42 and I am 38. My buddy will be going to school at MMI and working full time. I'm just along for the support and adventure. He will work full time and go to MMI full time. I plan on working part time and traveling. We are looking to rent a room in a house close to MMI. I have a dog, she's a mix of jack russell and whippet. She's a great dog, very shy and wary of men. She's totally house broken and spoiled (as is my buddy). She loves other cats and dogs. As a pup she was abused by a man and prefers to just stay away from them, except my buddy, she loves him.
Anyway, we are looking for a place for the 2 of us (and Scout the dog...) together. We want a large room and a private bath. A private entrance would be great too. A fenced in backyard would be great too. We will be moving up that way shortly after the 1st of the year. We live in Tx and will be keeping our home here as well. We need a place for approx. 1 yr.

We do like to go out and have a good time but would never party at the house. I am a smoker but smoke outside. I like things to be neat and tidy...I keep a very clean home. We will have with us my car and his harley.
