Hi everyone!! This is a nice 1 br 1 ba apartment at the Windsor Palms Apts On thinderbird and I-17. I currently have a 13 month lease that started in July but found a better job in Mesa so I need someone who would like to take over my lease. It would only cost you the months rent you move in!! All utilities and cable are included!! My lease also has a pet deposit on it and they allow cats and dogs some breed restrictions apply. There is a pool, it is a gated community and there is onsite laundry rooms. It is on the 2nd floor and faces the courtyard. This is an immediate take over. The complex is AWESOME working with all kinds of credit issues but doesnt tolerate felony convictions or warrants. I will pay your $35 app fee so you can sign on with me to the lease and then you can sign me off. Thats how this complex does lease take overs.
