Renter would have your own master bedroom and bathroom in a spacious 3 bed 3 bath townhome like apartment. Very big living space. Great ammenities including resort pool/spa, fitness center, pool table, and movie theatre.

Rent is 350 + utilities which is split 3 ways.

REASON: We are only looking for a temporary person to fill in the room as a former room mate left before the lease expired. We plan to move out beginning of December.

NO PAPERWORK OR LEASE WOULD BE REQUIRED AS LONG AS YOU ARE: Down to earth, respectful, clean, drug free, & spiritually grounded and has a good attitude.
