Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,500sf home is on Cobble Creek Golf Course (www.cobblecreek.com) & only 65 miles from Telluride Ski Resort, The community is just south of the City of Montrose - 81403. There are excellent views of the surrounding mountains and mesa's, as well as catch and release fishing ponds 50 yards from our back patio. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the Club House.

The recently completely refurbished home is fully furnished, including Bosch kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, & flat screen TV's. We can trade/exchange anytime during the month - one week, two weeks? Our newest grandchild will be arriving the first week of December and we'd like to spend some time visiting with he and his family.

If you have a vacation home and would like to do a non-simultaneous exchange, that will work as well. We're able to make our home available virtually anytime of the year, as it isn't our primary residence.
