I will occupy it alone. I am a French & English teacher and designer, mature, very considerate, clean, serious and quiet. I don't use drugs, smoke and have no pets.

My apartment: (40m2-no lost space): 1Bedroom very nicely furnished with large Simmons bed (The mattress and spring are brand new also and from the most expensive brand, SIMMONS), and glass door cabinets, very comfortable, totally furnished kitchen (brand new white furniture), bathroom, hallway with a long dressing cabinet –and living room with desk space and glass wall wardrobe. Everything is nicely furnished, brand new, modern.
The location is near Gare du Nord, central Paris.
