We have been in business over 6 years in the valley, and have serviced HUNDREDS of local individuals and companies with their IT needs.
We are looking for an individual who has the knowledge to work on computers, and is interested in becoming eventually an on-site engineer.
Here are some of the requirements:
- Must know your way with removal of viruses, spyware etc.
- Must know your way with hardware replacement, hard drive backups, program installation and blue-screen troubleshooting
- Must know how to follow instructions
- Must be on-time (schedule can be flexible but once set- you must arrive on time each time...)
- Must be a "people person"...
- Must be interested in learning and growing !
- At least one A+ or NET+ or CompTIA certification (must be included with your resume).
The position will include mostly work on computers, routers and other related technology.
You will be mostly operating out of our office (Located around Shea and Frank Lloyd Wright).
You will be asked (but rarely, at the beginning) to go on-site for simple repairs (power supply replacement, RAM install etc)
You will assist with daily tasks:
- Scheduling clients with service calls
- Assisting clients over the phone with administrative issues and with technical issues
- Remote support via the web
- Process invoices in Quickbooks
- Dispatch our engineers to clients
- Assist with financial needs (Simple/ Friendly collection calls, bank deposits, etc)
- Assist the owner with price research and purchasing
- Assist with inventory etc.
- Test new software and "play" with new technology"

We service hundreds of clients, from residential to large businesses like "Holiday Inn Express" and many others.
Pay/ Compensation:
- Training period (first 2 weeks) = $10/ hour
- First 60 days of employment (after training) = $12.5/ hour
- After the first 60 days = $16/ hour
- Each 6 months thereafter a raise is given according to performances.
* you are compensated as a contractor (1099).
* at this point we do not offer benefits.
* please note that if your technical abilities and other aspect of your personality are beyond what this position requires you to have, we might consider promoting you to a field technician, where the pay is based on on-site "client hours" and starts at $25/ hour. this is optional and you are not required to take a field position if you chose not to.
