Job Description:
1. Lease Apartments. Strong sales and presentation skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Screen applicants. Prepare lease documents and conduct move in walk thru with new resident.
2. Collect Rents. Prepare and make bank deposits. Send owner collection reports. Post legal notices for deliquents or other non-compliant issues.
3. Develop and implement resident retention program. Generate lease renewals. Maintain high occupancy.
4. Complete move out inspections and prepare Security Deposit Statements.
5. Schedule vendors and coordinate apartment turns with maintenance staff. Inspect and approve vendor work. Review and approve invoices for payment.

Job Requirements
1. Current Arizona apartment management experience with verifiable references.
