Rest of Midwest including Chicago , St.Lewis, Cleveland - 400
Florida , Southern States and Carolina's - 420
New England , New York and the rest of the east coast - 450
Canada Vancouver - 500
Canada Toronto - 600
Canada Calgary - 600
* note* if you can provide transportation back to Phoenix i will cut all rates by 50%.
