Things I do not want in a roommate: No attitudes...baggage...drugs of any sorts (does not include perscript)...someone who is not in trouble with the law...if you have a past issue thats ok as long it has been taken care of...a slob that thinks he is clean.

Place where this would be an ideal situation:....someone who starting their life over...someone who has nothing but their clothes, T.V. and computer...if not I have one you can use in the common area. Someone that needs a place to land because they are just starting to come out later in life as I did. Someone who needs a friend and a roommate...college student as I am close to ASU. Someone that rides the transit system...I am on a major bus route...This is a partnership that can be a win/win situation for the right person.

About me...I am in my later 40's, male that came out later in life...I am laid back ...enjoy people ...enjoy life...and am always willing to help someone in need....(understand kindness is not a sign of weakness!!) I believe in tough love as I was raised that way but I have compassion for someone that deserves compassion. This is for a room in a house very close to ASU. It is about a 11 minute bike ride or a 7 minute bus ride. This is NOT a party house and everyone who lives here is very studious and respectful. All utilities, except for electricity ( which is split three ways) are paid for including high speed wireless internet. The house is completely furnished, except for the bedroom, and has washer, dryer and even a 100 inch HD TV w/ surround sound. There is a fairly large backyard with barbeque and orange and grapefruit trees. There is no smoking nor pets sorry.
