Where am I going with this?? Well, the girl I designed the above site for had an agreement to give me two months free rent in exchange for the site. Great, or so I thought.... I'm very close to Loop 202, Price (101), and I-10, walking distance to everything you need like Albertsons, Blockbuster, Applebees, and Starbucks, so you can save gas too (or if you don't have a car, you can still survive for the most part). Or if you prefer to blow your money frivolously, there's a Target and I'm about 15 minutes from Chandler Mall.
I also have an extra garage which provides a small piece of shade in this evil desert (that is extra $$$). Because I work night shift and go to school, I prefer a person that likes to party out in town (house parties= mean neighbors, cops, and mysterious red stains on the carpet)
Rent will work as follows: pay a $400 non refundable deposit (due within 60 days of move-in) and live month to month to provide flexibility for both parties. This does not mean you cannot rent longterm, it just allows you to move if you need to without a 30 day notice. All utilities will be split 50/50. Rent and utilities (water/electric) will be cash payment only due by the last day of each month. First month's rent will be prorated.

I am a quiet, clean person- looking for the same. I don't have huge, loud parties here, though I have friends over regularly, and you are welcome to do the same.
